Limousine Hire Terms

We advise you read our hire terms before booking a limousine.

The Chauffeur will drive at reasonable speeds keeping within the law, and will use their judgement in relation to the prevailing road type and conditions.

Gaily ‘b’ Limos accepts no responsibility, nor can be held liable in any way whatsoever for any delays howsoever caused.

Gaily ‘b’ Limos operates a `NO SMOKING' policy within all their vehicles, Should this condition be ignored the chauffeur is authorised to terminate the hire agreement and a refund will not be offered under any circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking by the client, either £100 or 50% of the agreed total cost is payable to Gaily ‘b’ Limos whichever is greater.
In the event of mechanical failure, due to circumstances beyond their control, Gaily ‘b’ Limos reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal capacity.

Gaily ‘b’ Limos can not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to the clients and passengers property, howsoever caused.

The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse the carriage of luggage if in his judgement the volume of weight is excessive.

Gaily ‘b’ Limos will not be held responsible for use or transportation of any illegal substances or articles within their vehicles. The hire agreement will be terminated immediately without refund if the client contravenes this condition.

The clients will be held responsible for the conduct of all the passengers in the vehicles at all times.

The client will be held responsible for any or all damage howsoever caused by the client or their guests to the vehicles, to the minimum charge of £50 or the cost of repairing/cleaning which ever is greater. This includes sickness, spillage, stains, cigarette burns and fabric tears.

Please note: Charge for valet caused by sickness is minimum £70 for carpets and minimum £45 for leather seating (as charged to us by contactor). In certain circumstances where expert advice is taken, it may me necessary to replace the soiled furnishings, in this case a full charge will be payable by the Hirer for the total cost to Gaily ‘b’ Limos.

Gaily ‘b’ Limos reserves the right to terminate any and all services to unruly or abusive passengers without a refund.

All times stated in the booking must be complied to, anything outside these times will be charged accordingly and payable in full on termination of the hire
